We do not quote prices from a web page. The ranges below are typical published figures from one national source, cited in the table so you can see where they come from. They are not our rates and they are not specific to Richland County or Ohio. A written scope for your property is the only number that counts.

What moves the price
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Density of growth | Light brush is a small job; mature hardwoods are a large one. Density is the biggest single driver. |
| Acreage | More ground costs more, but small parcels often cost more per acre because the machine and moving it are a fixed cost. |
| The finish you want | Mulched in place, cleared and left rough, and cleared with roots out and ready to grade are different jobs. Name the one you want. See forestry mulching. |
| Debris handling | Mulching or piling on site is usually cheaper than hauling material off. |
| Stumps | Stumps are usually a separate line. See stump grinding. |
| Access and terrain | Wet ground, slopes and a hard-to-reach site all add time. |
| Timing and rules | Tree clearing is best scheduled October through March under Ohio wildlife guidance, and an acre or more may involve a stormwater permit. See best time to clear and permits. |
